Updates in mono land

I have tested upgrade in the mono directory.
I compile ok with the following changes:
mono 1.1.10 -> 1.1.11
monodoc 1.1.10 -> 1.1.11
mono-tools 1.1.10 -> 1.1.11
gtk-sharp2.0 2.6.0 -> 2.7.1
(need change vte.pc in the line:
Requires.private: xft >= 2.0 glib-2.0 gobject-2.0 gtk+-2.0 >= 2.2 fontconfig
pangoxft >= 1.1.0 pangox
to:
Requires: xft >= 2.0 glib-2.0 gobject-2.0 gtk+-2.0 >= 2.2 fontconfig
pangoxft >= 1.1.0 pangox
)
monodevelop 0.8 -> 0.9
