Garnome 2.11.92 - librsvg failure.

I just spent an hour debugging a librsvg compile failure.

After finally *reading* the build output, it became apparent that it was
trying to link against the libgnomeprint in /usr/lib rather than the
garnome prefix.

I suggest adding a dependency for libgnomeprint to the librsvg makefile.
