Hello,

You can get the screensave configuration UI by executing xscreensaver-demo from the command line.  You can add this to your menu by creating a launcher in "preferences://" or "preferences-all-users://".  I simply uninstall xscreensaver altogether, which allows screen blanking to be controlled from the bios/apm.
