.desktop files in Garnome 0.30.1

Hi all,

i installed Garnome 0.30.1 and it is running ok. The only problem i have now
is that there is no action applied to the .desktop files. So for example i
have created a launcher but it shows up as a .desktop file on the desktop
and when i double click it nothing happens. How can i get this to work?
