2.5.91 - bootstrap make paranoid-install fails - dyld.h

There are a couple messages in the archive about this, but no solutions.  I tried to make paranoid-install in the bootstrap directory but dlcompat failed because of no dyld.h.  So I need to download/install something, but I cannot figure out from where.  My best guess is that I need to look at www.opendarwin.org, but that has a CD ISO for a download, which doesn't seem right.  Does anyone know of a downloadable tarball that provides dyld.h?

Otherwise, is it safe to omit building dlcompat?  I would guess so, but there are wiser minds than mine...
