Libxklavier

Hi all, i'm trying to build garnome-0.30.1 but i have a problem with
libxklavier. As described here:

It looks in the wrong place, when i manually build
libxklavier --with-xkb-base=/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xkb it goes fine but garnome
doesn's do that. Where can i change this behavior?? So i can go on building
garnome.
