Garnome don't want to start...

Hello!
I'd like to update my exsiting gnome to ver. 2.6.1 via garnome 2.6.1 on my
SuSE Linux 9.0 system, but I'm fairly new to this and don't know why I got
this mistake:

I specified the dir where I have the donwloaded gnome-tarballs in the
gar.conf.mk data file...
But you see. What have I done wrong?
