ximian-artwork and redhat-artwork issues

Jeff,

Trying to compile ximian-artwork and redhat-artwork but experiencing
some problems.

ximian-artwork-0.2.36-0.ximian.8.1.src.rpm seems to be impossible to
obtain.  A google search puts it in one place:

http://ftp.ximian.com/pub/xd-unstable/suse-90-i586/source/ximian-artwork-0.2.36-0.ximian.8.1.src.rpm

but the source directory is chmod 750 (or similar).  The file isn't on
the gnome ftp server (where the garball looks for it), at least not
anywhere I can find.

redhat-artwork is a little simpler.  The version has changed, but the
patch won't apply and without it it wont build.
