epiphany build problems on current unstable garnome

["J. Gardner Biggs" <gardnerbiggs houston rr com>]

garnome installed mozilla-1.7rc3 without issues.

moved the include dirs nss and seccmd from /include/mozilla-1.7rc3 to
/include/mozilla-1.7

I am getting this error:
