Bug#: 132492
Product: GARNOME
Version: unspecified
OS: Linux
OS Details: debian unstable, XFree 2.3, kernel 2.6.1
Status: NEW
Resolution:
Severity: enhancement
Priority: Normal
Component: general
AssignedTo: jdub perkypants org
ReportedBy: Daniel Carden cox net
QAContact: garnome-list gnome org
TargetMilestone: ---
URL:
Summary: please update readme file with the following info

I tried to build gnome using the instructions found in the readme file
found in garnome. I executed "make paranoid-install" and I received the
following error:

[===== NOW BUILDING: nautilus-2.5.4 =====]
 [fetch] complete for nautilus.
 [checksum] complete for nautilus.
/bin/sh: line 1: /root/garnome/bin/intltoolize: No such file or directory
make[3]: *** [post-extract] Error 127

I asked the garnome mail list for help and I was instructed very kindly by
"Stef van der Made <svdmade planet nl>" to execute make paranoid-install
first in the bootstrap subfolder. So my suggestion is to add this to the
readme file.

Thanks,
Daniel Cardenas
