This sounds like GSwitchIt stuff -- file a bug for either GSwitchIt,
or control-panel (if there's a component gswitchit for it already).

If, however, you did hand configure your XKB, and really made it too
complex, then it's probably your (and XFree86 4.3.0's, sure ;) fault,
so no need to bug Sergey about it, as he apparently knows about it
(that's what warning is for).
