First of all It would be much easier to understand what you are trying
to say if you at least used some punctuation (you know commas dots
dashes etc) :-)

Howto: unpack:

1) Download the file (garnome-0.29.1.tar.bz2) in your workdir.
2) In a bash prompt, type: tar xjvf garnome-0.29.1.tar.bz2
3) Read the README: cd garnome-0.29.1; less README
4) Follow the instructions
5) Wait MANY HOURS until it gets installed (depending on your internet
connection, your processor speed and the amount of free memory you´ve got.
6) (Maybe some praying would help, also ;-) )
