Check out garnome-0.29.1/README - or check the archives for Jeff's
announcement about elprototypo [Or preferably both]
In short:
[Set up gar.conf.mk]
$ cd garnome-0.29.1/desktop
$ make paranoid-install
You need to read the files though as some "dependencies" aren't handled
by the new system ...
