Follow the instructions. The only way you build bootstrap is by consciously
telling GARNOME to do it. It is *not* built if you (paranoid-)install from
the GARNOME tree root, and it is *not* built if you (paranoid-)install any
of the other categories.

uhm, i am still not clear on this..just install each directory
independantly except for libiconv?
