garnome 2.6.2 + nautilus-cd-burner 2.6.1

I am trying to get garnome 2.6.2 to work on RH 7.3 with 2.4.20-ac2

I cant seem to get past nautilus-cd-burner 2.6.1 when i do a make 
paranoid-install under "desktop", which gives me 2 errors saying

I cant seem to figure out by looking at the configure.in script that comes 
with nautilus-cd-burner 2.6.1 as to what the errors are.

Should i be sending this to a different list.
