Re: i receive this error message when installing gnome2.6 from garnome

you mean do i have bzip2 program to decompress the tar.bz2 extension file?
i don't knonw. how to find out if i have this program? if i need this 
program, where to get it?
anyway, i downloaded both source files tar.gz and tar.bz2 from gnome.org.
