I am not going to remove the copy I uploaded. But I have no connection
with the flink developers at all. If the garball points to that version,
it's fine with me. If not, I have it in my garchive anyway.

Looking on the flink project page the latest release seems to be 0.4.1
dated Jan 22 2003. It's probably more useful to make the garball use
that instead.
