Re: Docbook DTD 4.1.2 ?

I am using Slackware 9.0 and in general using rpm's is difficult if not
impossible.

I have:
/usr/share/xml/docbook/xsl-stylesheets-1.48
/usr/share/xml/docbook/xml-dtd-4.1.2
/usr/share/sgml/docbook/xsl-stylesheets-1.29
/usr/share/xml/scrollkeeper/dtds

Are there supposed to be binaries too?  There doesn't appear to be anything
referring to docbook in /usr/doc where Slackware lists the packages installed. 
I am suspecting that I am missing something because I must disable gtk-doc to
get garnome to compile.  Is there anyway to install these things from source?
I am afraid maybe what I do have are the remnants of an old installation.  I
will investigate further.
