It's not in:

$ rpm -qv XFree86-devel
XFree86-devel-4.2.0-8
$ rpm -ql XFree86-devel | grep extutil

...but it *is* in:

$ rpm -qv XFree86-devel
XFree86-devel-4.3.0-2
$ rpm -ql XFree86-devel | grep extutil
/usr/X11R6/include/X11/extensions/extutil.h


Idears anyone?  :-)
