Bison problem in building 0.20.0

I just ran into this little issue when compiling 0.20.0.

When building gstreamer, it fails, displaying:

bison -d -v -p_gst_parse__yy grammar.y ../gstmarshal.h
bison: extra operand `../gstmarshal.h'
Try `bison --help' for more information.

I'm assuming my version of Bison, 1.875, isn't what gstreamer is looking
for.  Does anyone know if this is the case?  If so, what version should
I be running.  If not, any ideas??
