+Build fails in Xft1 due to not finding the X installation root.  If your X
+root isn't in your default CFLAGS, then it doesn't guess a good
+alternative.  Changing the Makefile to actually have $includedir defined in
+it, and $TOP_X_INCLUDES then it compiles/installs sanely.
