Re: 0.28.2 build fails at glib-2.3.0

I'm running into the same problem.  Slackware 9.1 w/
dropline gnome (if that makes a differnece)

Edit gnome/glib/Makefile:

#CONFIGURE_ARGS = $(DIRPATHS) #--with-libiconv=gnu

Still the same problem, here is the tail end of the
compile:

What platform are you installing on? You probably have
to uncomment the
iconv support option in gnome/glib/Makefile.
