GARNOME 0.26.0 is OUT!

Hey gang,

After a long stint in the wilderness, GARNOME 0.26.0 is OUT. It is
definitely up to speed with changes to GNOME 2.4 Beta 2, but probably
doesn't contain all of the updates included in Paul Drain (and friends)
patches that I've just seen on garnome-list. :-) I will integrate these
updates this weekend. Thanks very much for the contribs everyone!

It also includes an updated GAR, which may cause some problems here and
there. Significantly, GARNOME now has colour support (which I now see Nick
posted to garnome-list too... Naughty Jeff for not watching).

I'm going to do the 'big GARNOME shift' today, and get another release out.
The goal is to have far more sensible categories, which will make
maintenance and updates easier, as well as prepare for bringing more people
on as GARNOME maintainers.
