Not that I'm aware of.
If yoiu are having trouble with sites down, use your browser and harness
the power of Google to help you find the file. Download it and put it
in your garchive directory. Garnome will then happily continue on...
P.S. Unless you *really* want to, why download KDE at all?! Remove the
garnome-0.23.1/KDE directory and the meta/kde directories.
