Use system freetype

Hi
While building 0.15, I noticed that it was building freetype 2.1.2 even
though freetype 2.1.2 was already installed (albiet in /usr prefix - and
Garnome previx is /opt/gnome2). Is it possible to make Garnome use the
system freetype if available ?
