Garnome and fc package - need to exec fc-cache after reboot

If I start gnome after a reboot, the fonts are not displyed correct.
As mentioned some time ago, I execed fc-cache as root, which solved the
problem. But I have to do this after each reboot.
Is there a way to use the garnome fontconfig without executing fc-cache
after each reboot ?
