quick-lounge in hacking-0.19.0

Does quick-lounge have new reqs?  here's the error I get (on compiling dlg-pick-application.c):

Looking at the file it doesn't seem to be a syntax problem, just that whatever defines GnomeIconLoader isn't included.  Anyone else get quick-lounge to compile successfully?
