After build

Hi srs.

Yesterday, i've downloaded and installed Garnome.
I just check my sistem to see if i had every requirements and that was ok (Debian Woody)
After build i've tryied something near what i saw in README.
I have no xdm, gdm, kdm or something like....so i tryied to put that in my .xinitrc and restar my X.
What i saw was somthing really strange. After some secs, that splash screen apeared and....i just could see my default icons, black background and no panels, so i called one panel by my own hand and this time no icons on the topics.
I know it may be strange but, if anyone has some clue or can point me in the right way, i'll be very apreciate.

ps. After that, i jus call $HOME/garnome/bin/gnome-session and it couldnt find any window maneger beside enlightenment.
Really scary no!!!
