Almost. GARNOME only builds from release tarballs. But yes, you can build
KDE 3.0.2 from 0.12.1 onwards. The garballs exist in the kde directory, but
it's far easier to use the kde meta garball in meta/kde (which will build
almost all of the KDE components).
