You need to install libid3

On mandrake I seem to have these packages for it :


libid3lib13-3.7.13-7mdk
libid3lib3.8_0-3.8.0-0.pre2.1.1mdk
libid3lib3.8_0-devel-3.8.0-0.pre2.1.1mdk
