Hi

I grabbed this snippet of make rule from GAR cvs and it does seem to work
as advertised. ie: I can cd into meta/gnome-desktop and it will download
only the desktop stuff thus saving oodles of bandwidth.

But it seems to resolve the deps about 18 bazillion times! I'm sure it could
be made a bit smarter like the rest of the system.. If only I could
figure out these damn makefiles.. :)
