GARNOME 19.3 problem with libgstvorbis

Hi gang,

	Let me start with "GARNOME ROCKS!" ;)

	However, I seem to be having a problem building libgstvorbis in 19.3. I am running
RH 7.1 with GARNOME 18.3 installed.

Here are the errors:
