Can't find the tarball!

Hello all.

I have only joined the list an hour ago, so this question must have been asked 
many times before. The "welcome" message doesn't mention any archives for me 
to look in. 

I want to download Garnome and try it as a change from the Gnome which is part 
of my distro. So I went to the URL I was given:-

 http://www.gnome.org/~jdub/garnome/

Clicking on "Download Garnome" takes me to the download page. Clicking on the 
latest Garnome download, has only given me a small 78k html file. I can't  
find the tarball anywhere.

Where is it please? I'm lost now!
