Trying to build garnome on Redhat 7.3

Hello, I'm trying to build Garnome 0.13.0 on a Redhat 7.3 system  (Pentium3 III
800Mhz).  And it fails with the following error:

I saw something similiar to this on the FAQ, but it said it was fixed in
version 0.8.5.

Am I doing something wrong?
