Incorrect filename for Gnome db docs install

I'm in the process of building 0.13.0 and have found that the installer
is trying to install an incorrect file:

    -- Installing ./html/index.sgml
    /usr/bin/install: cannot stat `./html/index.sgml': No such file or
    directory
    make[6]: *** [install-data-local] Error 1
    make[6]: Leaving directory
    `/usr/local/garnome-0.13.0/gnome/libgnomedb/work/libgnomedb-0.8.192/doc/C'

The file is actually called "index.html" as you'd expect.

I'll log a bug on bugzilla.

Since I don't know how install works I'm just going to change the
filename and change it back after...
