[gamin] inotify kernel panic

Hi there!

I read about inotify/gamin on KernelTrap.  I patched my 2.6.8.1-ck8 kernel 
with inotify support.  Then I removed fam from my system.  I compiled 
gamin from 0.0.9 sources.  KDE works fine with gam_server running in 
background.  I recompile gamin with --enable-inotify.  I now get a kernel 
panic on login to KDE.

I'm new to this stuff so if someone can tell me how to get the panic to a 
text file, I can send it.
