[gamin] more on gnome-settings-daemon

Yo,

I have hacked up libgamin to output per-pid debug output. I have
attached the good and the bad log. They are both talking to the same
gam_server. The only key differences I can find are:

BAD:
Started by bonobo-activation-server
Is the first libgam users and spawns gam_server.
Gets Exists/EndExists events

Good:
Started by me
gam_server is already running
Doesn't get Exists/EndExists events
