Overview of Changes from GLib 2.9.2 to GLib 2.9.3

* GTree:
 - Replace the simple recursive implementation by
   a nonrecursive, threaded one  [Maurizio Monge]

* Change g_filename_display_name and
  g_filename_display_basename to use the Unicode
  replacement character U+FFFD instead of a question
  mark, and don't append "(invalid encoding)"  [Matthias]
