- Caught the proper exceptions for the editing operations.
- Update the menus for available operations.
- Added descriptive text when exif data doesn't exist.
- Hide the cursor during slideshows (on >= gtk+-2.4).
- Fixed installation when $libdir != $prefix/lib.
- Fixed FileChooserDialog interaction problem with the gnome-vfs
  backend.
