	* Added goobox/general/use_sound_juicer gconf preference to use 
	  Sound Juicer to extract tracks instead of the internal ripper.
	* Fixed extraction to non-local folders.
	* Use the filechooserbutton if gtk+ >= 2.5.0 is available.	
	* Add ellipses to the track names if names do not fit in the
	  track list.
	* Get a valid filename from the track title when extracting.
