	* activation-server/activation-server-main.c
	(main): turn output debug on if we use
	--register-server

	* bonobo-activation/bonobo-activation-init.c
	(bonobo_activation_hostname_get): always return
	localhost - so we don't barf when the hostname
	changes (DHCP). Slightly bad, but a) this method is
	deprecated anyway, b) only fools would use it
	to return the current hostname and c) localhost is
	often the local host name anyway.
