	* configure.in: added proper --enable-* arguments for adding extra debugging output,
	logging bonobo component output to a file and for enabling PDF options in the prefs
	dialog.
	* src/ggv-prefs-ui.c: do not show the PDF-related options in the dialog unless
	explicitly configured to do so. Since I no longer actively support the PDF viewing
	capabilities in GGV, this seems like a proper thing to do.
	* help/C/ggv.xml: commented out the description of the PDF related options.
