Gtk:
* Button: Added set/get_image().
* CellView: Removed set_cell_data().

* FileChooserButton:
  - Now inherits from HBox, not Button.
  - Removed get/set_active().
* IconInfo: Added operator bool(), needed to check 
  the result of IconTheme::lookup_icon().
* Label: Added get/set_angle().
* TreeView: Added append_column_numeric(), and append_column_numeric_editable(),
  which allow more control over the formatting of numeric data than
