Changes in 0.9.8

Bug Fixes: 
    * Now handle the 'Separator' key (",") on some non-English
      numeric keypads the same as the "Decimal" key (".") -
      specifically, treat XK_KP_Separator as synonym for XK_KP_Decimal 
      when handling layer commands.

Braille:
    * Added support for scrolling the braille display one whole width
      (rather than just 20 cells) via layer 9 keypad 4 and 6.
