More updates:  The "worksheet" and "flightplan" pages are now
mostly integrated:

I'm going to add delete/insert capabilities, and then finish the
map page.  Then I'll write a weight-and-balance page because I
know how to do that.

I'll then make the code available to anyone who wants to play with
it.  I probably won't do any more work on it after that.
