GNOME Foundation Elections - Ballots sent

Hi all, 

After some technical problems, we have just sent the  ballots for the 
elections. Every  member who can vote for the  elections  should have 
received an e-mail with instructions  explaining how to vote.

Note that due to some unforeseen technical issues, some of the members 
may have  received  two ballots. The first  ballot is invalid - please 
discard it. The valid ballots have the following lines at the very top

If you have not received your ballot, please first verify that you are
eligible to vote by looking at the list of voters and that your e-mail
address in this list is still valid:
http://foundation.gnome.org/elections/2004/voters.html

If  you are not on this  list and think you should be,  please send an
e-mail to elections gnome org explaining your situation.

Note that members who  renewed after  November 5th are not able to vote
because  they renewed their membership too late.

If you are on this  list and if you have not received your ballot, then 
you can ask us to send you a new ballot by sending an e-mail to: 
elections gnome org

In the case of a tie, the Elections Committee will schedule a run-off 
election as soon as possible.
