About the past elections

Hi all

This is a request for comments. If you have a comment about the 2003
elections, please answer and tell us (or tell me privately) what you
think.

One thing I'd really appreciate is that people who did not vote tell
me why they did not vote. Did you forget? Did you not care? Were you
absent? Wasn't there enough time? Weren't the instructions clear
enough?

I want some feedback!
