Voting this year.

Hello,

    Voting this year for the foundation is very very complicated.  The
roster[1] is magnificent.  It has been really hard to remove people from
the list to make it up to 11 on my voting ballot.  I did not vote for
Tim Ney because Tim will still be present in all calls from the board of
directors, and I rather had someone else be on the board than having
loosing a potentially valuable board member.
