Oops. I meant copyright holders. The point is that we (and yes this is a lot
of people) can decide not to sue for a license violation.

Anyway, no I do not mean to submerge the project in paranoid conjecture. I
just bring this up as an area where the foundation could work positively to
protect us from the possibility of a future catastrophe.
