Voter registration is now closed

All:

This is just to formally announce that registration for the upcoming 
elections for the Board of Directors is officially closed.  All 
pending requests to membership gnome org have been processed and 
acknowledged; if for some reason you have not heard back about your 
membership request, please contact elections gnome org as close to 
immediately as possible.  No changes should be made to the CVS 
version of the membership list from now on.

Any membership requests which are received from now on will be saved 
and given to the elected board (or its chosen membership committee) to 
handle. 

Ballots should be mailed out tomorrow, November 1, to the addresses 
listed in membership.txt in CVS.  If you need your ballot to be sent 
to another address, be sure to contact elections gnome org ASAP.  
(Note: You need to be able to receive mail at your registered 
address, but do not necessarily need to be able to send mail from 
that address.)
